Petra Ski Resort in Gudauri is a major new mountain development by Petra Group set in one of Georgia’s most premium alpine locations and designed to elevate the region’s winter tourism and lifestyle offerings. The concept spans a large 13-hectare site and will feature a Swissôtel hotel, branded residences, and exclusive villas, all tailored to a high-end ski-resort experience with amenities like wellness centers, après-ski zones, pools, restaurants, and ski-related facilities.

The residential component includes a mix of studios and multi-room apartments with modern design and integrated infrastructure, with construction scheduled toward completion in late 2028.
It represents Petra Group’s strategic expansion into ski tourism and marks the first major Swissôtel-branded mountain resort in Gudauri through a collaboration with Accor, following their success on the Black Sea coast.
